Description:

America is under attack from a red menace that has swept through the south, invading homes & threatening the innocent; the red imported fire ant. In post-war America, obsessed with the threat of Communism, people lived in fear of reds under the beds, but while people looked to the skies for an invasion that never came, a far more insidious menace crept in beneath their feet. The fire ant had begun its march across the American south, an invading army sweeping all before it, decimating wildlife - but few people suspected the true horror of what was to come. Today, nothing is safe from this invading force.
