In beautiful terracotta this traditional forcer measures 70cm high and 30cm in diameter. In addition to its practical properties it makes an attractive garden ornament, bringing shape, colour and warmth to the dull winter vegetable plot. From November onwards, right up until the end of March, rhubarb can be forced by covering the plant. The lack of light and the heating effect of the cover will rapidly bring it on producing a more succulent stem that doesn’t even need peeling.
