Description:

A complete kitchen composter that is compact and yet allows 100% home composting - that means meat, fish, dairy produce and cooked food can all be turned into nutrient rich compost: waste which a traditional composter cannot tackle. There is no smell and flies are not attracted. The magic ingredient is Bokashi, a mixed culture of naturally occurring micro-friendly organisms which ferments the waste into liquid plant feed or it can be poured down drains to prevent odour and algae.

The kit includes the 18 litre capacity composter with handle, an airtight lid, drainage tap, drain cup/Bokashi scoop, inner drain tray, Bokashi supply in refill bags of 300g (1 month) and is complete with full instructions
