Jumbo Vegetable Planter

Description:

Five-a-day vegetables on your doorstep even if you have no garden. With this giant vegetable planter, there is plenty of room for a variety of fresh, home-grown produce to keep you healthy year round without any need to dig, weed, use pesticides or chemicals. The planters are made from strong polyethylene with stabilising top rods and have base holes for good drainage. Sold singly, they are reusable and can be folded for storage or removal.

Seaweed fertiliser is suggested for feed and the 4 spike irrigation kit is suggested for each planter. Incorporating nutrigel in the compost at planting improves water retention and nutrient content.

Natural wicker surrounds are also available for these planters. 20 of our unique growbag mats fit underneath to prevent staining and improve drainage.

The jumbo vegetable planter holds approx 225 litres, we have New Horizon vegetable compost available in 60 litre bags - 4 of these makes 240 litres, leaving some spare for seedlings or potting on.
