The propagator is designed to sit on a window sill and features a 13W carbon fibre heating element for even heat distribution. It has 7 mini vented cells with clear covers manufactured in flexible, shatter resistant material for long life. The individual propagation cells give opportunities for cultivating a variety of plants at the same time.
