Goods are always carefully picked, packed and dispatched for customers by our staff. We do not knowingly dispatch a damaged item, but contents and packaging can occasionally receive damage in transit once they have left our warehouse. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will either arrange for the item to be returned and replaced or a refund issued.
Many of the items we send out are awkward shapes, sizes and in some cases, extremely fragile. We therefore take great care to package items appropriately and mark parcels that need careful handling with fragile tape.
We are a registered member of the Green Achiever Business Scheme and are committed to decreasing our impact on the environment. Where possible, we recycle packaging materials to reduce our carbon footprint.
Ordering for a Gift
We are always happy to accommodate special requirements when items are ordered as a gift. If you would like to either add a special message, not include an invoice with the parcel or hide the nature of the item with unbranded packaging, please simply outline your instructions at point of ordering or contact our customer services team on 01305 848 275 and they will be happy to help.
