Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, however, we do understand that there are occasions when you may want to return an item. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Terms and Conditions page or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
All items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition. Garden Selections reserves the right to deduct amounts from refunds, up to the full value, where unwanted items show signs of unreasonable handling or use and are deemed not to be resalable.
All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Garden Selections does not accept responsibility for any damage which occurs during return shipping.
Please note that we cannot process any items which arrive unannounced and returns can not be accepted without contact first having been made with the Customer Service Team.
Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. You will receive confirmation once your return has been processed. We will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days after returning your items for refunds to appear in your account.
Before returning goods, please email our Customer Service Team via email@example.com to provide us with the opportunity to diagnose and resolve any issues. On some occasions we find that issues can be resolved without the need to return the item.
